you need the Hotline Miami 2: Wrong Number - Digital Special Edition to get jacket and the other stuff he brings like the socio perk deck.

It's possible to play as Jacket if you haven't set your Heister Character preferences - since it'll give you a random heister if your first choice is already taken.

im sure you'll have atleast 1 copy of each of the dlc masks + mask customizations when you get the dlc, but those are sometimes one use only; good news is that you can get dlc masks and attachments through card drops, or use the goonshop mod to buy masks+customizations with coins. i think thats what the mod is called on the modworkshop, great if you want 4 of the same mask but customized differently.
