Best easy heist for xp and money?

Im fairly new to the game and want to grind some xp and money. What is the best heist to grind?

Diamond store, very easy heist, play on death sentence, kill all the guards (you wont run out of pagers), kill the civilians or use the stockholm syndrome skill (tier 3 mastermind controller) to make all civs not call the police. Secure all the jewerly bags and leave. Should make about 200k xp/min and about 200k spending / 800k offshore case every completion

White Xmas if you don't care about actual loot is quite good XP for solo play

Diamond store - easy but has a bunch of bags to move
Election day - multiple day but going to the warehouse gives a decent chunk of EXP if stealthed but you need to know what you're doing
Cook off - infinite and each bag gives plenty of EXP
Golden grin - awful to move all the bags and you also need to know what you're doing

And while not heists for how low effort they are:
Raid - boring but gives quick fast EXP for doing nothing
Holdout - this one gives the highest XP per minute out of all of them even if you quit at wave 7 or 6

Any of them? If you like stealth than Diamond Store is good. If you like Loud and simple, Safehouse Raid is also alright.

As someone has said Holdout is probably the best overall choice right now. And while some heists are better than others for rewards, it's not that much better.

Really, just find a few heists you like and grind those. The levels and monies will come fast enough, without risking a burn out.

for money probably border crossing, there is an absurd amount of bags, like 50, including 4 meth bags ready to go if you open the red room in the US side

pretty sure that the money bags in golden grin don't give xp, only money and i wouldn't even recommend a new player to stay for that, money bags ain't too valuable considering how far you have to move them, golden grin in general is good for xp but it isn't a heist worth doing for money tbh, and since bags don't give xp i wouldn't pick them aside from just wanting to take everything

Shadow Raid is pretty easy, it's a pure stealth mission so max difficulty won't really change much, and with a bit of practice you can clear it pretty quickly.

You're right they do not, but considering getting all can be done easily, spamming it gives a decent chunk of both compared to the 300k cash and 1M offshore you get from just doing main objective.

Also I wouldn't recommend Border crossing at all, is way worse EXP/money wise for the time and effort it takes to loot everything.

with how much buying the contract costs i think you get like a 5.5mill of profit for the heist at ds even if you take all the bags, and the margin gets cut further with lower difficulties, down to like 1mill on overkill i think, it really isn't worth doing it for the money, at that point you are better off just running big bank, the contract pay alone is a decent profit with the loot being a good extra and it take about the same ammount of time to do

I think you only get like 9M stealth and 10M loud, not 100% sure so you're never at a loss specially due how easy it is once you get the hang of it, there are way better ones for money like you said but they are arguably harder to do, specially on solo/pubs.

BB and Border are those that I rarely have done ALP stealth solo for that reason, too lengthy and hard in multiple ways and get multiplied by a lot once you pub.

I reccomend Hotline Miami, ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ of fun, each day takes about 20 minutes, great for exp, tons of loot on day one, including up to 6 bags of meth, tons of loot on day two, including up to 12 bags of coke.

yeah, the contract costs 4mill, and the loot value gets cut in like half on overkill

border is just long, not really hard, no pagers in the first half so it's hard to ♥♥♥♥ that part up, and you have enough pagers to clear the entire big warehouse, and as long as you don't go opening doors the only time you have to get near the outside guards is during the fueling, with only a single guard in the small warehouse, it's not really hard, it just takes a while due to the bag moving

big bank can be a pain to stealth, i will give you that

So, holdout is the best mode for grinding exp so far ?

is slaughterhouse actually that bad that no one has mentioned it? slaughterhouse runs take me between 12 and 15 minutes. and the xp payout on even just overkill is over a million. same for aftershock. but aftershock is significantly harder than slaughterhouse imo. so up to you if that's worth it.
