stuttering on high end pc

i have rtx 2080 super,ryzen 7 3800x and i have stuttering on nearly all maps i get over 144 fps easily but it stutters i know its ♥♥♥♥♥♥ optimised but still

Please download "Super BLT" from github, and then download the mod called "No Prints". I think you will find that by disabling the debug prints that the devs left "Always on" past a certain update, you will find you get a much smoother frame rate. Also limit the number of bodies. It just slows everything down and even crashes peoples PC's when the memory limit is reached. Since 85% of players have at least one mod like a hud, or a re-texture for a better appearance, its just a good idea in general.

Set your CPU affinity and lock the game into a few cores other than 0. Then set priority to high. Make sure you run off an SSD or at least a decent SATA drive.

Update your renderer_settings.xml and set refresh_rate = "144"

Then you should set the FPS in the game settings to 144. Now set your monitor at 144 Hz, and everything should be fine.

If your monitor cannot do 144 Hz you have to adjust the FPS to your monitor Hz.

For example. My monitor runs on 120Hz and in game I have 120FPS. So everything runs very smoothly without stuttering.

Yo, try this. When you run your game go to Task Manager>Details and find payday2_win32_release.exe>right click and set affinity> choose all cores (they chose all by default)> click ok > probably your stutters will go away. ( this work only for ryzen CPU ). Can you please answer if this helps you.
P.S. You need to do this every time when you run your game again.

I have a 2070, Its for sure not just a you problem i get large stutters sometimes they ruin my stealth runs lol

change your resolution to lower and look at the fps.,im running the a 64 bit cpu , system without any problem

IDK if you solved it but most of these suggestions didnt work for me, I did however get good results by setting the priority of payday to high,
