If you mean if you can download it from the internet and use it to make something silly; yes.

If you want to use it for commercial purposes you might need to buy a license to use it.

Edit: couldn't find any info regarding the license of DIN Engschrift but as long as is personal use you should be fine to use it/download it.

oh yeah i think so and as far i know, original font is DIN 1451. and its german/europe official traffic sign font and DIN Engschrift is austria official traffic sign font

and its originally made by German Institute for Standardization in 1905
