Are Legendary skins still obtainable?

After Overkill removed the unboxing system from PD2, is it still possible to get Legendary skins? Can you get it through their random drop system?

How many hours you play? and do you think OVK will give players legend skins so easy do you watched cost on steamtrade ? Watching % drops of skins in 2020 from Lammah, i saw that it's a 0% Drop for legendary, so..You can't get them.

You absolutely can, a couple of days ago some random who was playing with me got a Hungry Wolf lightly-marked drop.
Left me feeling salty tbh, because i got a common battle-worn
Fyi the skins drop daily now, so playing a couple of heists per day is a good way to get yourself a legendary.

its because my sample size is too small, none of the people who submit data got one soo far..
They still drop much more than they use to, look at how cheap some have gotten.

A friend of a mod got a 100 dollar skin. I mean, I just use the marketplace. I feel this is a catchers catch line haha. I love it.
