Poor optimization, level design, and the achievement has to be Mayhem of all ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ things.
Host didnt know how to throw grenades and got downed while everyone was using ziplines

We had 15 cards at 0.53.00, only with 1 drill restart.
we did an extra 2 cards just to make sure, so about 1.03.00 wasted.

I get that insanely good players need a challenge once in a while, Like the achievements Xodan suggested, as those are fun to do, abit grindy but still fun.
This one? Nooott so much. I get its supposed to be hard but its supposed to be fun too.
Grinds arent fun.
Theres a reason why nobody liked "Kill x with Y while wearing z" achievements
Last time I checked they're both easy enough to the point the only reason you'll have any difficulty is because your skill level may not be as high as you think it is.
Even without 9 lives ace that's 3 downs to be secure with. And with even only 1 player bringing X2 upgraded Doctor bags that's 24 downs without going into custody.
If everyone has 9 lives ace (a 4 point skill investment), and 3 players bring X2 Doctor bags, you can have 96 (not including the doctor bag asset) downs before a player goes into custody if they hit that Doctor bag every 4th down. And 72 downs if you do it after every 3rd down for a safety down in between B&W.
Over the achievement duration, that's 6 downs split between teammates EVERY keycard, and still having Doctor bag hits to spare.
Adding inspire to keep your teammates up so they don't go into custody from timeout, and Swan Song to keep them alive for even 8 seconds and wreck havoc against the enemies for that duration and this becomes a pretty easy achievement, it's just tedious.
