Punish Cheater

Payday 2 is a verry good game but there is a lot of cheater and some player also benefit from them.
Most hacker use :
_Mod Menu
_DLC unlocker and there is a lot of hack.

Please Overkill punish cheater from your game.

EDIT : Everytime I am joining a game, there is always a cheater.

I am an ex-cheater (LOL)
even if they ban you, they only ban you from the forums but will still able to play if playing with cheaters is allowed and you can still also host your own game.
For me it happened this summer. Though i learnt my lesson, talked to mods, reset my game, and got myself unbanned.

Yeah if you learnt your lesson it's good, but exemple punish cheater when they cheat they can only play whit cheater it can be good, and for play whit fair player, they will have to reset his game and be lvl 0. It can be good.

I understand you, but since this is a Coop-Game with no friendly fire (unless you turned the mutator) there is no big need to punish cheaters.

I understand you, but since this is a Coop-Game with no friendly fire (unless you turned the mutator) there is no big need to punish cheaters.

I don't understand this logic. Just because it's Co-op doesn't mean cheating is ok. The only reason they haven't done more against cheaters, is due to having to restrict more or less everyone from Mods including those who aren't cheating.

Besides, there is anti-cheat mods that allows you to detect cheated infamies, unlimited skill points, and other various common cheats. Host your own game with them, and you'll find a much more enjoyable experience without cheaters.

One of the best for anti-cheats out there.

Just ignore any hate you get from idiots complaining about NGBTO, because it's a pretty solid mod that really lets you refine your experience. I've NEEDED it on OD thanks to the amount of players with under 30 hours joining in, fake infamies, too many skill points, and also private profiles because I can no longer trust players to be honest unfortunately.

Mod works well enough, but subtle cheats are nearly undetectable.

Then again if they are cheating subtly it is pretty hard for them to be very disruptive.

You can easily use aimbot, non-skill tree skills, waypoints, more damage etc. Even godmode or 100% auto-repair won't be solved by using NGBTO. But it's still better than nothing.

Its a non competetive co-op game. Anti-Cheat is something that doesnt work well in any game and usually creates more work and more issues than you gain benefits. Payday 2 is a game that wouldnt benefit from Anti-Cheat at all. If a player wants to cheat its their game experiance. In public lobbies i encountered one cheater so far during all of my playtime.
