What are these key-like collectibles?

On some of my heist I see some collectibles that look like a keys with something colorful attached to them. I was wondering what they are. Are they a part of a DLC?

Yes, they are used to unlock side jobs attached to the Gage Spec Ops Pack, if you finish all the side jobs you will be able to get the Arbiter Grenade Launcher

Ok, so the Rate, Big Oil, Firestarter, and Framing Frame will each have 2 kwys and black case. 1 key on each of the first two days (except for Big Oil which has both on the first day) and the case on the final day. Finding each heist's set will unlock a mask, material, and mod. Finding all of them will unlock the arbiter grenade launcher.

You do not need to find all the items on a single run and the items can appear again een after ou've already collected them.

The first result seems to answer the question. Though that depends on what words you typed exactly

Google? Since the keys are usually have a colour on them (like green or something), you can type "payday 2 green keys" and get some good results.
