Report a translation problem
It's infamy, how many times they have reachieved lvl 100, sometimes cheaters.
It doesn't always mean it's a cheater. Look how they play first before accusing them of cheating. If they shoot around and die like any other player that means they are legit. However if for some reason they aren't dying or the entire lobby is suspiciously different or something strange happens then it might be a cheater. It's not rocket science.
I'm still XXIII :V
This value represent number of max level resets. Something like Prestige in Call of Duty.
XXV-100 represent ~2600 lvl.
