Basically level 2600

It doesn't always mean it's a cheater. Look how they play first before accusing them of cheating. If they shoot around and die like any other player that means they are legit. However if for some reason they aren't dying or the entire lobby is suspiciously different or something strange happens then it might be a cheater. It's not rocket science.

Just make your lobby and don't fear from random pub kicks, most time that I have played I was making my Lobbys and random players were playing with me, sometime when they join first question is HACK? They not even check-in your profile and call you hacker
