How to use Saw?

I got the OVE9000 now and thougt i could open doors with it but i cant. So which saw do i need to open doors?

it can only open doors which have the saw icon on them

You can also open ATM machines with it. You just need to tap once on the machine with the sae and it will open and then you can see four icons on each corner. Tapping once with the saw is enough.

Saw can only be used on things that have the saw icon on them. However, you can't just aim at any part of the object, you need to hit the object's "hitbox". It is usually at least somewhere around where the icon itself is, for what it's worth. In case of doors, you need to saw the doorknob.

When sawing objects, do not hold the saw continiously, instead, tap quickly against it. This will get the object open both faster and with less ammo expenditure.

the security bars in farming frame day 1 and art gallery are an exception to the aiming at the saw icon rule

Which is why I said "usually", natch.

The saw guide was linked while I was writing the post(fokken ninjas mate), it points out all the saw hitboxes pretty well.
