Ecm feedback is currently broken iirc, so either avoid using it or try using Joy's pocket ecms instead.

Wait how is it broken? All its meant for is to stun the horde of cops.

What do you mean? Hacker is a pretty good perk right now. Everyone picks it just because of the ECM Feedback in loud heists

ECM feedback stuns all cops within a 15m radius for ~30 seconds. It's useless in stealth, but potent in heists with open chokepoints.

What do you mean? Hacker is a pretty good perk right now. Everyone picks it just because of the ECM Feedback in loud heists
There's a bug where feedback will never work in a lobby if you aren't host. No clue if it applies to pocket ECMs, but it's been an issue with regular ECMs for nearly 2 years.

I don't think I've ever seen that happen. The only problem I have ever seen is that, like you said, people don't know ECMs are line of sight and they drop them too far away from the enemy to work. (Also, they always look at the explosion instead of just walking away. They're lousy slabs.)

Not true, they're great for doing objectives, taking care of turrets, etc. They're extremely underrated.

I second this, last time I use it didn't do s*** to turrets. Not sure what went wrong. Still working in ECM rush heists regardless.

Its actually a lot of fun to see the turret turn on the cops, like the garage on day one of whatever that heist is called where you save that mechanic.... sooo many cops and no cover to have from them and the turret.

ECM Feedback causes hurt animation to play stunning all enemies except cloakers, Chavez, Sosa, and the Biker Queen.

ECM also has a max range of about 37.5m and needs line of sight to work (it can sort of go around corners, but not through walls). It sort of acts like a cluster grenade that pulses out the stun but does zero damage.
