How to get C4 to blow doors?
Some perk or just I have to buy it? I don't saw any option. Thanks!

Equip trip mines, they come with 3 C4 charges and can be increased up to 6 if you get More Firepower skill aced (technician skill tree).

You can equip 3 trip mines and 3 C4 by default, without putting any skill points into the relevant branch of the skill tree. Equip from your deployables, ie the same place you equip med bag and ammo bag.

To get the maximum 6 trip mines and 6 C4, you need to ace the More Firepower Skill found in the Breacher branch of the Technician skill tree.
