Can I play this game with my potato computer?

Hey guys, so I was wondering if I could play this game with my setup. My internet is mostly crap so I dont want to download this game and erase it if my pc cannot handle it.

AMD Athlon(tm) II X2 250 Processor (2 CPUs) 3.00 GHz
4 GB Ram
32 bit Windows 7
ATI Radeon 3400 Series

Sorry for not giving much information. You (probably) already know that I am not a pc expert so I just wrote down the specs I know about my pc.

im afraid it wont be a enjoyable experience. this game enjoys with a decent framerate. still you can try it out.
if you dont like it how it runs then refund it.

thank you :P But I am still worried that even with this my computer might not handle it :P Because I run Payday: The heist with 20 fps in low quality with 800x600 :P

I got it for free so I cannot refund it I just dont want to waste my time downloading this game. (not saying that this game sucks I do like this game and I want to play it but come on man 20 GBs? that's too much for my internet :P )

Hey, try it first. you'd be supprised how smoothly Payday 2 can run without particles... textures... police...

imagine the cash is invisible cuz of that low graphics mod :P (I mean it'd be awesome. Invisible money!? I can fool people with it!)

LOL! That's funny :D ANYWAYS, someone come to the rescue. Should I download it? It just feels wrong cuz I did some research. I saw a video that he plays payday 2 with ATI Radeon 4200 and its just pure golden s8. So I'd rather to not to download. I played the first game with s8 fps. That's a legit evidence tbh.

I used to play this game at 23 FPS on potato settings all the time.
It'll be more easy than if you were on a good PC, the AI's reaction time is based on your framerate.

I do play CS:GO at 40 to 60 fps on 800x600 with potato settings. I wonder if Payday 2 would do the same?

Using the ultimate FPS for potatoes mod bundle I can almost garenteed that it will indeed run

ALRIGHT! It has been decided men. I'll download this game and play it! with potato graphics of course! I wont see the thermal drill but who cares :P
