How to quickly switch between gear presets.

In a video I saw someone switch between a different number of gear presets. How did he do that.

I guess you mean "profiles". In the inventroy screen, (or before starting the heist) you can switch profiles, by clicking the arrows at the bottom of the screen.

Be careful, each profile has a "skill set" assigned, and all default to set 1.
So if you change skills in one profile, you will change it for all profiles with the same skill set.

No, I know that. I mean in lobby/starting screen where you can see all of the days.

That's what I meant. Maybe I should have written it more clearly.
It's a base game feature, no mods involved.

You click on the arrows to select a profile. The guy in the video has renamed his profiles. You can do that by clicking on the profile name in the inventory screen.

Really? I have multiple profiles but I have never seen them there before. Does that also change the skills and perk decks?

Of course. A profile is just a collection of gear, skills, and perk deck.
