How do i unlock deathwish and one down difficulty ?

Unlock condition: Level 80
In order to survive Death Wish, master most of the loud heists on Overkill and reach Infamy V
In order to survive One Down, master most of the loud heists on Death Wish and make sure you know what you are doing.
Also it's pointless to join anything above Overkill as long as you have low amount of hours (<100 for DW, <160 for OD), because NGBTO would instakick you, or you'd end up in a cheater's One Down Cook Off.
