Can I run the game with an Intel HD Graphics 4600?

As one of the many who got the got the game when it was free I didn't even consider if my PC can even run it, because IT'S FREE.
Now I wonder if it does actually run it. I know it's pretty potato this VC, but that's the only thing I got. I don't want to download the 45 GBs and then have to delete it because I can't even open it.
I know it wont run at 60 FPS at ultra, but I'm happy with about 30 at low. Would it be possible?

If you set the resolution to 720p and the rest of the settings to the lowest, you can get 30 frames.

Very unlikely as intel graphics are bellow the minimum requirements for this game. As well as a mid-range graphics card this game also requires a fairly good CPU to run smoothly.

You can. I've got a 4400 and I get a decently stable 30 fps with medium textures(~25 on high) and everything else as low as it can go. The only problem is the safehouse, because for some reason it's optimised like ass.

It's possible, but if you're not satisfied with low fps just search up lowspecgamer Payday 2.
