Is the Jacket character pack worth it?

I noticed the digital special edition of HM 2 is available on sale.. Is the character pack for PD worth it though? I already have a few other DLC characters so is there any significant difference?

Just got it today. I like his character voice, it's pretty cool to be able to use it myself. The biker helmet is awesome too.

As far as I know, you should be able to play Payday 2 for ~2 weeks and still be able to refund it as long as you don't play any HM2 during the time.

You can't keep him after refunded the game afaik, his stuff are pretty average so it all comes down to preferences

If you have no idea who Jacket is it is its just a guy in jeans who uses a female voice recorder as voice with animal masks and his clothing looks weird for you.

If you are a Hotline Miami fan however the character is totally worth it and the animal masks are way more valuable as they are iconic from the series.

Jacket's SMG got a reskin with the Kross Vertex, his perk deck isn't anything significantly useful, his melee is not the Kunai, electric, or a 450 charge damage and thus is outclassed, so it really all comes down to whether or not you like the character/Hotline Miami enough to warrant a purchase.

If you like the character then sure, but I suggest you play hotline miami because it's a damn great game.

Yeah I do like the character himself, and he just sounds like a crazy cool person to play as. I normally buy the character dlc because they look cool and I can stand out better.

If you are going to play it at all, get the first one too. HLM 2 is a lot harder than 1.
