Is frenzy worth it?
Title.

If im not mistaken frenzy is a top tier skill that makes u only have 1/3 health but gives you 25% dmg reduction? I use it with an armorer build but idk just want opinions.

Frenzy with Berzerker also gives you a permanent +100% damage increase with ranged weapons and a +250% damage increase with melee weapons and saws. It's really only top tier if combined with Berzerker.

Numerically speaking, the damage reductions increase your Effective Armour pool by the same amount per skill point spent.
Frenzy activates a consistent 40% more damage with Berserker Ace which you should be getting to climb up the tree.
Frenzy Ace is probably not worth the opportunity cost because you really won't care about your health pool.

It doesn't give outright 100%. At frenzy health, zerker gives around 40% damage bonus

On topic, it might be worth it if you're looking to break breakpoints from the get go without getting downed/purposedly getting damaged, the damage reduction is also pretty nice against snipers (Which will be your biggest enemies on a frenzy build)

Wait, it's only 40%? I thought for sure that it was 100%. I don't really use Frenzy that often...

Up to 100%. It's based on remaining health.

In Swan Song and Bleed out it's 100%. Maybe 99% on Swan Song.

100% triggers only when you have 0 health (0.1 health also works, like in BLM for example)

Basic is worth on One Down because it can give you 40% extra damage from Berserker ACE so you don't need to do something for dropping your health.

In my opinion , ACE is good when you try high damage reduction build but it isn't really useful on Armorer-ICTV.

I myself have a semi-melee build that uses frenzy ace
It has anarchist with ictv - 400 armor + 25% dmg redu, which "makes it" 500 armor, kinda...
Which makes it awesome, so yes, if you are going with a build like my melee build, its not really viable, its just fun

Also stealth with yakuza...
or well...
Molotovs are silent (are they? Been a long time last using them to prock yaku in stels)
If molos aint silent, then frenzy basic is good for stels yaku, you move faster, which makes bagging easier

Not just bagging, but with the way detection is in this game where moving faster = less period of time for detection, Yakuza is pretty much the get-go stealth deck

Or Burglar, if one sucks at stels, but no, burgerheister is a bad deck ffs

Burglar's bonuses only applies if you get detected (and maybe for civ killing and pager chaining in heists like Go Bank), so yeah, Yakuza all the way

The lock pick bonus is very handy imo. I mean if you're going for pure stealth burglar is better. It gives a pretty nice crouch movement bonus too.

Yeaaaa, but like, Bot boosts, I never stels with people...
90% faster lockpicking from bots + 100% from nimble, who needs burglar?

Yakuza pretty much makes you less likely to be detectable in the first place, and makes crouch jumps way faster. If you're going for pure all in stealth without getting detected, yakuza's speed would be better
