What exactly do you need to do to get the achievement? The wording in the description is really vague and unorthodox to me. Do you simply need to get a certain amount of headshot kills with the R93 on ziplines?

You just need to get one headshot kill with the R93 while on a zipline. I found the easiest way is to put a laser sight on it, then buy the Vantage Point asset on any regular Bank Heist. Use the zipline from the bank roof to the vantage point (since it travels slower) and fire away.
