Weapon Skin Not Appearing In-Game

Over the past 13 hours, I've bought an additional 50-60 skins correlating to the 199.3 updates, and none of them are appearing in-game. I've verified the cache, restarted Steam, and waited before restarting Steam again. None of my skins are appearing unlocked in-game. They're in my Steam Inventory, I can look at them -- but they're not in-game.

I've checked to make sure they're not associated with owning the San Martin Bank DLC as I don't own it yet, and there's no confliction.

I have nearly 300 hours on PAYDAY 2 with about 150 weapon skins already owned before I even bought these, and I've never had this issue before. The money has already been debited from my account, I have the skins in my inventory, but they're appearing locked in-game. WHAT IS GOING ON??

usually, when you buy a skin, you need to refresh the steam inventory in-game by pressing "steam inventory" on the main menu and it'll say that you recieved new items.
if not, then try to contact someone, like the moderators here.

I had this issue and only fixed it by clearing my progress and reloading a backup of my save.

If you prefer not to do that, you could try starting steam in offline mode, opening the game checking steam inventory then close it, restart steam in online mode and see if that does anything.

Thank you to all whom applied. You need to press "Steam Inventory" when you get into the game. I don't ever remember having to do this but apparently you do.
