The Silent Saw is still not silent!

Using Silent Motor, Durable Blades, and the Skill that makes drills and saws silent is still not enouph aparently. I have been sucsessful at times on election day and have opened all security gates in stealth. However on first word bank sawing the atms that are completely out of the line of sight for any civilians still alterts the ones inside, aparently seeing me use it through a solid wall. Has anyone else experienced this inconsistency?

Did you use a jammer before doing it? It's irrelevant but give it a try if you haven't already.

It´s a saw..."silent saw" isn´t a very good description, but it´s a saw..not really something without making noise..civs can still hear it, just not from so far away as without the silent motor etc

1. Drill skills don't effect the Ovesaw9000.
2. The Silent Motor only makes the motor silent, not the blade. It has a 7m radius where it can be heard.

That affects deployed saws that you put on safes and other things, not the weapon.

You are right, silent saw isn't really silent, but the silent motor makes it more silent.
How to use the saw in stealth with silent motor:
Stand still with sixth sense and wait to see if there's someone that is marked. If no one is marked, feel free to use the saw.

Silent saw isn't 100% silent. Reving it has about 1 meter detection radius, but putting the blade against something (as in, actually using the blade) alerts people in 7 meters range. 7 meters is quite a lot when you think about it - use sixth sense beforehand, it detects everything in 10 meters radius.
