You can go to most hardware stores and buy a keychain I guess.

If it's for Bank Heist, then you have to buy it in the Preplanning menu.

Nooo, i think, that skill you unlock keychain. In bank heist, when you get into vault, there is bar door, like prison. And there i need a keychain. I think. there was a skill, you get a keychain.

Oh, on the safe. That's a lockpicking icon. You need Nimble Aced in the Shinobi tree of Ghost.

Ok, that's it, but why i can't lockpick like in Bank Heist, when vault doors is open, there is another doors, and then it's saying, you need a keychain, not a keycard, but keychain

because you need to get the actual key first.

the keychain in the normal bank heists is a vault door key, available in preplanning.
you can also use the OVE saw to open it
