How do you install skins from workshop?

You don't. Players vote on the skins they would like to see in game, and the most popular ones get put into the next community safe.

At least, that's how I think it works.

You can't download the skins.

Most use something called a BLT Loader. Go to the Modding subforum for more information on it.

Move the one from the assets to your mod_overrides folder
