Discussion About Buffs to Perk Decks
Before we start, please read the parts you want to know before you comment, for this post below concerns Crook, Hitman, Biker, Sociopath, Crew Chief, and Yakuza feel free to comment about new ideas.

CROOK
Personally, Crook needs a few things.
-It either needs a full on armor boost (+40% of what the deck has now)
-Or a full on dodge boost (+5-10 dodge)
-Or a bit of both (+5 dodge and +20% armor of what the deck has now
HITMAN
Hitman needs some decent buffs.
-It either needs to cancel the suppressed armor recovery effect to some extent (hopefully 100% cancel
-Or some dodge tagged along with it
-Or more recovery rate
BIKER
This may need a complete rework IMHO.
-It either needs lower cooldown (15 seconds to 10 seconds)
-Or change the team kill mechanic to within 10 meters and buff the numbers from 5 to 7.5/10
-Or just multiply the regeneration numbers by 2.5x/3x and have it based only on your kills.
SOCIOPATH
This perk deck tries to be a bit of everything and needs a little buff.
-Either multiply the numbers by 2
-Or make a great melee perk deck by removing cooldowns and the medium range mechanic, keeping the dmg reduction as well as the health regen(change cooldown to 2.5-3 seconds), and for the +30 armor etc, just change that to a passive +30% melee dmg.
CREW CHIEF
You die quickly with this one, but I have an idea.
-Either multiply the numbers by 2 except for the stamina bonus and change the hostage bonus to max of 3 hostages and multiply the bonuses by 1.5x
-Or just double ALL of the crew buffs but triple ALL of the player buffs
YAKUZA
This one definitely needs help.
-Either make the bonuses better (multiplied by 1.5)
-Or just change the starting berzerker state to 40% and change the Oni Irezumi state of 50% to 60%
-Or replace armor recovery buff with armor/dodge and the movement speed buff with armor/dodge (maximum 15% of armor/dodge per perk, making the deck EITHER dodge centered OR armor centered)

That is all I could think of for today.

Well crook is in a decent place i guess, hitman needs something more unique to relevant, biker definetly need a better cooldown rework, sociopath i just want a melee damage buff so the melee bonus becomes relevant

Well honestly good luck getting 10% health back constantly with this game melee
thats theoretical.
i do with my melee build.

but a kill at close range is perfectly viable during a wave.
if you get bullseye ACE as well then you get 85 armour on headshot kill at close range.
that accounts for most of my kills.
even if your wearing ICTV you can get all your armout back with 3 kills and within 2 seconds (of the first kill).

i would not consider my comments un-civil.

the playtime comment was regarding other threads where players of (lets say) "fewer hours", make comments about game balancing and such which are clearly not well informed.
due to the comments on sociopath this appeared to be one of said threads.

i think most would agree with me that a perk deck that can fully recover an ICTV in 2 seconds (from 1st kill), while under fire is not in wanting of a buff.

speed would be more useful for melee.
speaking as someone who has a melee only build and uses sociopath for it.

but i wouldnt want it to be only used as a melee deck.
the armour regen you get from it has very high potential.
if you can reach its cap then its way above any other deck.

Also how to buff Crew Chief.

Get Controller Tree. Ace hostage situation.

Continually dominate cops every fire fight. Have at least 8 at all time.

Congrats, you are now healing 4.5% of 322 health every second, and every hit on you is reduced in damage by 4.

Biker is bad question mark?
For Crook, we could do a bit of both so it's more of a better inbetweener.
For Hitman, I never mentioned anything reducing armor. I said cancel the suppressed effect before armor regens.
For Biker, the cooldowns make it a worse version of expres, grinder, and anarchist.

But if you're using it to recover an ICTV, then you probably won't be using the health regen perk too much, and vice versa. And unlike what you said, I am well informed enough to formulate a decent thread unlike those who post memes, complain about paying for DLC in full force or paying for it in the 1st place, or not even knowing where to read and then ask an easily answerable question.

the biggest change that needs to happen to perk decks is that crew cheif needs to be moved much further down the list and muscle needs to be moved to the top.

that way new players will choose a deck that eventualy gives them much needed passive health regen (good for new players) opposed to crew cheif which is not so useful for new players.
