It's worth noting this file is only there if you use the superBLT mod. As always with new updates disable your mods before playing.

Well, i never use this crap mods, and when after i press start my game close.

For those who never used BLT or SuperBLT mods, you likely need to get the x86.exe from here:

https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/3179560/update-for-visual-c-2013-and-visual-c-redistributable-package

if you are using a 64-bit OS, you will need both the x86.exe and the x64.exe files.
