How are you supposed to complete Lab Rats? Cops literally spawn everywhere and there's literally no cover. The majority of guides aren't on DSOD and mostly death wish before the One down update.

Find a good crew, get a DSOD build, learn where the best cover is, and stay as a group (or two pairs).

It's a long exercise in patience.

If you can, throw all the muriatic acid bags into the test tube near the start and throw everything else anywhere towards the other end of the table. With the cops "helping" you with the latter, this will leave all the bags in the more or less the most convenient spots that you can leave them.

Defend behind the base of the caustic soda bucket. It's cramped as hell but it's a huge wall with only two ways to reach you and everywhere else is, as you know, certain death. You're not waiting for the assault, you're waiting for there to be fewer cops. If you can somehow get there with the next set of ingredients you need, on top of the bucket isn't the worst place in the world - you'll be dying repeatedly defending there to get to the chopper so you could do with the practice.

Remember that there are snipers. They will absolutely nail you if you don't.

People often meme this heist as being one of the hardest but once you know what you're doing it's one of the easier ones.

If all you want is the DS/OD clear, just grab FAKs, concussion nades, fully loaded, optical illusions, weapons without threat and suppressors and bag throwing skills.
optional: get a joker to take aggro and avoid getting shot even more as well as some build that gives mobility along with the arbiter.

As soon as the bags drop, focus on throwing them to the side where you spawn from also see the white bags that are resting next to the blue bucket ? you can climb them and throw bags up to the bucket that's right next to HCL, making the process of collecting bags much faster, you can also get on top that way without using zipline and getting shot but It's quite annoying to pull off if you don't know exactly where to start spamming jump and is a waste of time on DS.

Just let cops move the bags to that side and kill all cops that try to move them to the other side where snipers are, whenever you can, chug a concussion nade before using the zipline and get on top, then drop some FAKs on the cable that leads to MU and the white box switch thingy this will be useful for what you're doing next, from there you can jump into the florence flask without being downed if you land on the "ring" that's on the tube do that and get the bag that sometimes lands on the flask heater throwing a nade, move all bags until you got them all on a spot where cops don't move them like on top of the CS bucket, now the easy part every time you go to add an ingredient using the zipline throw a nade just to avoid getting shot also avoid staying too long on the area above as you want the least amount of cops up there, after that is just rinse and repeat if you're careful you can do this heist no downs this way too.

Once you've added all ingredients get on top of the CS bucket and from there snipe the meth so whenever you're there you don't take too much time breaking it and cops reach you if you grabbed the arbiter you can simply shoot it a few times and the meth will break, get down to the meth with the pillows and be really fast about it and you're pretty much done, I wouldn't recommend going back up immediately since depending on how much time it took you to shoot the meth from CS bucket cops will be up there trying to reach the last spot you were in, I would recommend going back to the other zipline spot where you spawn from and waiting a good 30 seconds and then using the zipline to safely go up there without cops and igniting the flare and that's it.

Don’t act dumb.

You need a full and experienced team to beat this heist.

When you start, wait for the plane to drop the bags. Once the bags have been dropped, everyone needs to take one bag and go up, to the caustic soda barrel. You need to get ALL the bags up there. Do not listen to Bain until that’s done.

To make that work, hold out the assault until it enters fade. If Winters spawns, take him out from the barrel. Once fade is active, quickly get another 4 bags up there, then repeat.

When all the bags are up there, start inserting the ingredients (Again, only on fade/in between assaults) as Bain tells you.

Then you secure the meth, place the flare, and escape this nightmare.
