I got two questions. I posted this cuz i couldn't find any infomation about this :(

1. Can it be done as solo?
2. Is it okay to make joker?

Complete the Big Oil job, with at least one other player, all using suits and Akimbo Bernetti 9 Pistols on the OVERKILL difficulty or above.

1. No.
2. Yes.

The achievement does not state that you are limited to killing with the required weapons, it merely states that you have to have them equipped. So two is fine.
