When there's a clean path between you and the cloker, he'll eventually charge you (given that you aren't the last heister remaining) or when you are close enough, he'll just jump at you and down you, but won't start beating you, remaining eligible to charge/down someone else. Watch out, he'll be able to jump over obstacles, like tables or short walls.

I think it just happens like on Stealing Xmas. You have to look for the safe, and when the circle appears, all of the human players have to stand in it. Then wait for the timer.

If I recall correctly, you have to finish cooking and bagging the first batch, then start the second batch, the event starts shortly after that. You don't have to finish the second cooking if you only go for the achievement.

(I may be mistaken, I did it a long time ago)

When OP asked about the event I'm 100% sure they were referring to the Halloween heists which are marked in-game as "events"

Again OP could have been asking about the Halloween heists.

Well we can't answer as we don't know what event OP is talking about.

I think someone did because they did leave a link to one of the Halloween heists.
Edit: or at least had an idea of what they were asking.

The only thing that uses the exact same words is this:

Trick or Treat!
In the Lab Rats job, complete the Cloaker event on the OVERKILL difficulty or above. Unlocks the "Satan" mask.

So I assumed OP asked about this.

Would be nice if people asking for help and other people's time and effort would bother to write more than four words and actually give some info so we can help them, what with us not being psychic.

Where's the fun in that?

Unless you're psychic not everyone will know what's being requested, you yourself didn't even know.

As the OP marked the wiki page for Lab Rats, yes, I did guess it correctly.
