Unable to do 'Sounds of animals fighting' because Hotline Miami 2 can't be bought

Sounds of animals fighting requires players to wear masks that come from owning hotline miami 2. This is a big issue because Australian players can't own hotline miami 2 (as it is banned/blocked,) and therefore cannot get this achievement.
Is there any alternative/'fix' to this?

Actually you dont need hotline miami 2. You need the Hotline miami DLC masks. Not the ones that go with the special edition of Hotline miami 2

But I played hotline miami both days offline with solo achievements (lets you offline these stupid 4-player achievements (https://modworkshop.net/mod/21338)), with the Brandon mask with materials, and didn't get the achievement. Note I've got all other 4-player mask achievements with this mod in offline, so it certainly isn't the mods fault

if you are australian (which I assume you are) you can send OVK a request so they give you the Jacket Character Pack for free, you gotta sent them something to confirm your citizenship though

if you are australian (which I assume you are) you can send OVK a request so they give you the Jacket Character Pack for free, you gotta sent them something to confirm your citizenship though

Yeah looked into that option many years ago, but as far as I'm aware, I have no passport nor ID (no ID because under 18, and no passport as my father refuses to sign em)

Trust me, if it's not working it is either your or the mods fault. You need to wear one different hotline miami mask each.
Try a proper 4 man crew.

No achievement requires masks or items from a collaboration set. None at all.
There are no speedrunner, hotline miami special edition, antisphere mask achievements and so on. It would be most unfair to do this. All achievements are tied to payday and payday alone.

Also i just looked at the video and they are wearing hotline miami dlc masks. Not collaboration ones.

Yep most likely. Or he wore the wrong masks / didn't have everyone with a unique mask.

Oh! After reading that, I'd thought (Brandon, Don Juan, Richard, and Tony) were the masks that could work, but (Alex, Biker, Corey, Jake, Richter, Tony's revenge) were the ones that could also work, and the ones I'd thought were needed.
So to confirm that (Brandon, Don Juan, Richard, and Tony) could work, I looked at this post, and noticed it'd said you need the Achievement masks. I then looked at the wiki, and found that the actual masks that best be used are (Aubrey, Dennis, Graham, Rasmus).

In short, this issue was caused by miscommunication and I apologise for my ignorance to confirm details. You must use the 'Hotline Miami DLC' masks, outlined here.[payday.fandom.com]
