I don't condone using cheats to unlock achievements, though.
As for the anti-cheat system, it's really ♥♥♥♥. As in, the best it can do is detect players that use a DLC or skin that they don't actually own on Steam. Some mods, however, can detect cheaters before they even ready up. Examples:
Things like god mode and infinite ammo aren't detected by the default in-game anti-cheat.
TL;DR: Don't ruin other peoples' fun and don't admit to being a cheater on the public forums. Anyone can take screenshots with almost any piece of technology nowadays, and you generally don't want to do that anyway.
Most companies, especially those big "tech giants" (Facebook, Google, Apple, etc), will keep an archive of everything and anything their users do with their products. What you say online will permanently stay online.
