What is "Pirate Perfection"?
Sometimes I see in the list of modifications for some players of the mod called "Pirate Perfection". What it is? Is it a cheat?

It is a third party mod that is classified both as a cheat, and as a piracy tool. If you run into anyone who is using it, put them onto your ban list (have to do it manually if you're client,) or kick + ban them from your lobby (if you're host.)

It's also used for trolling and spoiling online heists, IIRC. I think it or a variation of it is where you see people flying over maps like Superman and dropping exploding gym bags while alarms go on and off and the AI starts doing bizarre things, everyone is instantly downed and jailed, etc. I've seen a number of reports of this on the forums and elsewhere over the years.

They did that years ago. I wouldnt be surprised if that was what the cheat was actually based on.
