Secret coffer- won't unlock
I;ve completed Golden Grin Casino and Henrys Rock - no coffer unlocked.
Anyone have the same problem?

you need the one from breaking feds as well and the medallion trophy to open them

This, and to get the medallion, you need to complete The Brooklyn Bank Heist

yep, and that heist has to be done on overkill or above to get the medallion trophy for the safe house

Yup, but I though they got unlovked one by one. In my thorphy menu all 3 are locked.

they do get unlocked one at a time, you have to do the heists that unlock them as safe house trophies and also do the heist that unlocks the medallion trophy for the safe house also and then duke will be where the boxes will be displayed and that will be his new spot

Did you complete all those heists from the lobby ? If you join mid-heist, I'm pretty sure they won't unlock.

Also make sure you play Brooklyn Bank on OVERKILL or above to unlock the medallion.
i have the boxes in the safe house but not the medallion trophy yet to open them

Yes, I completed it from the lobby, because I don't have DLC so I cannot host Casino
