Not Getting 'Global Warming' Achievement

So, I don't know why I am not getting the achievement, despite doing it right multiple times. I honestly have no clue what I may potentially be doing wrong, which is why I am not getting the achievement, or if it's just some sort of bug. I uploaded my most recent attempt at the achievement so you guys can take a look and determine for yourself if it really is bugged for me, or if it's something wrong that I'm just not realizing

IIRC bots invalidate the achievement, since they can't use flamethrowers.

I don't know. I just did the other achievement 'We Do It Live!' like 2 hours ago in almost the same exact way (Solo with 3 bots, all using LMG's on Overkill) and I got it on the first try

I think Happy is right you need 4 players for that one. There is a mod on the mod workshop that let's you get some 4 player achivements solo if you don't mind that sort of thing. Some consider it cheating others don't.

You don't necessarily need 4 players, you just can't do it with bots. I did it solo without said mod.

Similar case would be Crazy Ivan or I Feel Like Robin Hood.

Did you swing your melee, even if it didnt come in contact with a physical object? did you throw a reusable throwable, without it hitting someone? I failed the achievement for completing Resevoir Dogs on Overkill with only the Union 5.56 by accidentelly swinging my melee in the air, ending the achievement.

Bots are allowed, and these are the requirements.

• everyone_killed_by_grenade = 0
  
• everyone_killed_by_melee = 0

  • primary = Flamethrower
• everyone_used_weapon_category = Flamethrower

Note that it requires "primary Flamethrower", you'd need the BBQ pack one, not the free secondary one.

Nope. As shown in the video, the only thing I used was my flamethrower. I had sentries too, but I did not end up using them to be safe

Saw that from another forum post about this achievement, so that was the only weapon I used, as shown in the video

By any chance, do you have a link to that mod? That sounds pretty useful for those pesky four player mask achievements (That is, if it even works for those achievements).

The site made him take a few achivements off the list that this works on I don't know why they had a problem with those few achievements but not others. There is a 'full' version this is what the mod author said in the thread for the mod.

'I doubt site staff will allow me to link to the full version of the mod, but you can google solo achievements and look for a github link - there may be two results - you want Payday 2 Solo Achievements instead of Payday 2 Solo Achievements Lite.'

If you just want it for the mask achivements I think the lite version covers them.

My bad, just saw your video link. Sentries might be the problem. In any case, bots work so you can do that instead.

Ugh, apologies, my brain wasn't working in the morning.

Just saw your entire video. Everything looks correct. Achievements are fine since you've gotten "Fuel Must Flow" midway.

Any bot mods being used? I know some mods allows bots to melee.

Other than that, you should have gotten the achievement.

Nope, I play 100% vanilla PAYDAY 2. That's why I still don't understand why I didn't get the achievement either

Update: So I finally got the god forbid achievement. For those of you who may end up in the same situation, apparently turning off the A.I actually does make a difference. I have no clue why, as doing other, similar achievements do not have this issue, and that other forum posts do say that A.I does not stop you from getting these kinds of achievements, but still. Thanks for all of your guy's help again, and I probably will be posting another one of these in the future, as I try to get 1000 of these horrid achievements
