Is Yakuza perk deck any good?

It fully depends on your playstyle but it can be useful when combined with the saw to open up those deposit boxes and such faster when you have Berserker if I remember correctly.

It can work really well with the ICTV. Paired with Frenzerker, you get to move remarkably fast and you recover all your armor in less than two seconds. It's not something I'd recommend you use on Death Sentence Hell's Island of anything like that, but if you're on a lower difficulty and you just want to have some fun, go for it!


Oh, and it's one of the best perk decks for stealth. I'd argue the movement speed buff is better than whatever Burglar can give you.

I only ever used it for goofing around. It can make you run super fast but that’s about it.
Ex president has far better armour recovery, is free, heals you AND provides dodge too. Basically makes yakuza worthless.

Doesn't it also do the damage increase the more damaged you are when you have Berserk?

No that’s just from the skill berserker.

There's a lot of lying going on here, yakuza's only purpose is speed runs because it grants 20% movement speed. Other than that it grants 60% increased armor recovery. The final card does nothing because it hasnt been updated since berserker's buff. That's it, it's not worth using at all as it doesnt grant you any proper defensive options, especially when compared to other decks.
