Jacket character Locked (i have the Dlc)

It's simple... I have the Hotline Miami 2: Wrong Number digital special edition, and Jacket is still locked! I can't play with him. Do i need to finish Hotline miami 2? Do i need to press Up Up Down Down Left Right Left Right B A?

That is certainly odd, make sure you have DLC box ticked out in HM2 to be sure

Im sure you need HM1 to grt jacket. Atleast thats wat it says for me.

No, you need to own HM2's Digital Deluxe Edition.

That's your problem, jacket comes with that upgrade.

That's strange, that means Steam and PAYDAY both detect you own it, but not the special edition ? Either you missed it and didn't look enough, or something more funky is going on.

Try right clicking both Hotline Miami 2 and PAYDAY 2, go to the properties of both, then the DLC tab, and check if there is anything related to the Digitial Special Edition. If there is, ensure that it's ticked.

If that's not the case, go one last time to the HM2 store page : https://store.steampowered.com/app/274170/Hotline_Miami_2_Wrong_Number/

Then press CTRL + F, and type in "Digital Special Edition", make sure you check all the lines that mention it and thoroughly ensure there is no way for you to buy it or upgrade to it.

So in the dlc tab it says that i have the hotline miami dlc
And i can buy the upgrade if thats what you mean, i'm buying it now.

the hotline DLC should be in hotline miami 2 game tab, otherwise you have the hotline miami mission DLC that is not jacket if it's in payday 2.
