Now, what I mean by them "blocking pagers" is quite simple, really:
Deploy a jammer on, say, the ground, and it will ensure all pagers (that would normally be set off a few seconds after the guard carrying it is killed/dominated) will not go off until the jammer life, itself, has ended, or your jammerS' batteries, plural, if you're ecm chaining, say, Art Gallery.
On the other hand, regardless of what skills you have, your ECMs will always block out cameras and phones from raising the alarm. You can read some more info about the ECM Jammer here:
