How to get all dlc in payday 2?

I bought PAYDAY 2: Ultimate Edition for a long time, and then I noticed that I still have no DLS 9 and what to do and what to buy and what to buy ?

you need to buy UE bundle. You will get discount depends on how many items you already owned in the bundle. Also please note what UE dont contain some exclusive DLC like COP pack,other mask packs and H3H3 pack.

He bought a pack of UE from me, I meant that how to get the remaining 9 DLS is simple, which are not included in the pack of UE except the H3H3 pack.

If you miss 9 DLCs, then you didn't buy the UE. It's that simple.

I do not know, but I bought a DLS UE maybe some kind of bug, but there it says that I need to buy the game and I’ll automatically add that I’ll have to buy the game again and I’ll say that at the bottom of the list )

Some of the DLC content that was on the steam store as john wick character, hoxton breakout. are part of the base game, some character packs like jacket and or masks are part of crosspromotion that needs other products

cause something broke, just go into DLCs and get all of them.

For some reason Overkill decided to include big game updates as DLC. All of those are updates that you already have.
You can go to Contract Broker and select the following heists:
The Dentist - Hoxton Breakout
The Elephant - Election Day
Bain - Shadow Raid
Bain - Diamond Store
Bain - GO Bank

You can choose John Wick as your preferred character and if your level is high enough, you can play Death Wish heists.

Do you mean you can't play/use them or do you mean they are not listed as bought DLCs in your library?
They should all be avaible to play/use in game.
It's normal they are not listet as DLCs you bought in your library because they are part of the base game and not seperated DLCs but listed in the Steam store for any obscure reason.

It doesn't matter what DLCs you are owning, the downloaded files are the same. When you're buying a DLC then the game is unlocking it without downloading anything.
The missing DLCs aren't listet as DLCs in the library and they shouldn't be locked because they are content of the base game.
