Which heist gives most xp

I’ve been doing big oil death sentence for way to long can someone give me a heist that is like minimum 500k xp

Cook off is a good heist for xp but is a heist very glitchy and takes a lot of time to do 25 like 1-2 hours but if you have a lot of time then that's a good heist to get a lot of xp.

Your best bet (with a crew) is to ECM rush a stealth job (like framing frame), then do a Cook Off and get a large EXP bonus.
Hoxout, IIRC, has a good payout per minute.

Any multi-day mission, Holdout, or Cookoff - Usually what I will do is stealth the 2nd and 3rd day of Firestarter, get the 20% XP bonus, and then bomb it on a huge mission/holdout after that

Well the best way is a high level crimespree you can go up an entire infamy in a single cash out if your high enough. As for levels themselves, Cook off allows for a ton of exp but as people said it is rather glitchy. Always make sure to snag yourself an exp boost before you go for a high exp mission. Easiest way to do it play framing frame, stealth every day, doesnt matter the difficulty youll get a 25% exp boost for your next hiest afterwards. If your just infamied i recommend diamond store on DS an easy 30 or so levels from level 0.

Both the wiki and the Long Guide (Experience Appendix) has the various heist XP breakdowns. It's mostly just knowing how much of what and adding it all together. The low level penalty is still a thing, so mostly heists are in three categories: under level 30, above level 70 and the rest.

Outside of CrimeSpree which is broken in the terms of XP awards (way OP), the best in each group I find are: <30 Diamond Store, >70 Cook-Off, and everything else... any heist.

The Big Bank is the best one, it's 1kk+ exp on overkill for ~15 minutes. Cook Off is not even close to that, so don't listen to newbs who suggest trying it out.
