Strategy for Self Checkout solo

I've been trying for a very long time now, bringing Piglet and Commando with a light build, but I just can't get enough destruction to get Bile to arrive under 3 minutes. How should I approach it? How much does each store give you, which ones besides jewelery, wine, car and Pear should I prioritise?

EDIT: Nevermind, just managed to get it.

I used the highest capacity nade launcher (time reloading is time not shooting) and a rapid fire gun with plenty ammo (either a LMG or a SMG with ultra fast reload), tossed hand grenades into the obvious target shops (wine shop, car shop and pear shop are worth lots) and rapid fire at all the glass and maanged it after some repeats to get it just under the mark.

First attempt after posting this discussion I've managed to do it. Started off with that blue shop on the bottom floor, then done the 4 expensive shops and ended with the one with bags.

One walkthrough I read (that I can't find atm) said the car shop gives a lot less if you blow it up rather than destroying individual parts/pieces (the front window on the car is worth quite a bit individually). Again, iirc, the fuel cans only do less than $7K in damage each so they're almost not worth it for the time it takes to place them in solo.

For anyone else trying to get this achievement, run a speed based build with akimbo Grimm shotguns and a commando 101.

Strategy is to shoot the glass when entering the mall, and used the 101 to shoot every store you can. You really don't need to touch the skylights, but you still can if you want

I can't do this achieve, i dont know why is the helicopter taking more than 3 minutes reaching the position since the objective is complete. When time is near 3 minutes the guy says "im here in two minutes". I always go to 5 minutes or more...
The heck am i doin wrong? or is the achievement bugged?
P.D: Lot of civilians get killed during the quest, and while defending myself more things get destroyed and i cant avoid it... dunno if this make the rescue time restart or something but im pretty tired of restarting the quest again and again -.-
