Stick a fork in me I’m done achievement not working?

I light someone on fire, stab them with the motherforker, and it still does not count.
Help?

"Stick a Fork in Me, I'm Done
Set an enemy on fire and kill him with the "Motherforker" melee weapon. Unlocks "The Gas Mask" mask, "Candlelight" material and "Flammable" pattern."

Make sure you get the melee kill while your poor victim is on fire.

Easiest way to do this is to bring a secondary Grimms modded with Dragon's Breath, since it has very low damage.

Load up a stealthable heist, go close to a 40HP guard, fire once and then immediately stab with melee.

The fire animation can play even when the enemies are dead and burning and is not reliable to time the melee hit.

Use my suggestion as above, it will look like this:
