dang, thanks for the info tho
NGBTO only automates the kick. It doesn't automatically ban.
The ban list originates from NGBTO though?
Nope.
And Fox is right, none of the mods that DO use a banlist issue a 'kicked and banned' message.
Only manual bans do that.
that auto bans people in pd2.

so if it was an auto ban well then...
- If you get kicked before entering the lobby, it's mod called NGBTO. It's pretty rare nowadays(coz there was huge hate campaign against it and mod creator abandoned it). There are also other kick options(within the mod), but most people use the one I mentioned. I should also mention it's pretty decent anti cheater tool.
- The one you have experienced is the manual kick and ban. If you enter the lobby and host goes into options, just leave. There is 95% chance he is gonna kick you from my experience.
- There is also Lost connection to the host. This one is usually manual kick during the heist(by non-NGBTO user). Yes it says that you lost connection(which sometimes is true), but actually you were kicked.
