how to do stealth and ECM jammer.

everytime i do stealth the guards or the civilians call the police or trigger the alarm. the ECM jammer doesn't do anything when i place it down, they still call the police.

If they press a panic button it doesn't matter if an ECM is down.

You may just be placing it too late. You need to have the jammer down before they start phoning or they may still contact the police.

Also, jammers work on a timer. Once their time is up, they no longer work.

I would like to do stealth cuz i always do loud and the massive of never ending hordes of cops get annoying.

On some gameplays I saw how players were killing civs that were next to a buttom. But only on bank heist, I don't know is there any other heist with panic buttom.

With one skill they stop pagers but only if guard died/surrender while ECM was active. About cameras, nothing will stop them once they are alerted but ECM turning them off.

Yeah, but in order to stop the pager, you have to place the ecm before it begins counting down.

You just described every bank heist.
If you have problems with stealthing a bank heist you need to git gud.
