Uuuuh, I know I've been gone for a while, but since when could you silence HE (High Explosive) rounds?

See how he's shooting HE rounds at his feet to lower his health? He's berserking for DMG+ (which is why HE is dropping them in one round, otherwise he's haxxoring) and I think he's running the Yakuza deck for speed + when low health.

I ... don't trust this video.

Since ever. It's possible to use HE with silencers but only the shot is silent, not the explosion. The only kind of ammo you can't use with silencers is Dragon's Breath.
