Do More Bags Means More XP?
After clearing my progress I just wanted to level up, my guy told me try to get all of bags.I just wanna know is that true or not.

there is a single execption to this rule that comes to mind: the default bank heists that bain offers do not give more exp based on loot secured and will always be the same.

another exception would be crime spree as aditional loot has no effect on exp or money gained
