can't get john wick to unlock

I have unfellowed an refellowed a couple times he not popping up, i reset the game, also own the john wick pack..

I don't know in one of the 50 links posted by the 100's who can't get it unlock lol
Pretty sure i tried it both ways. 1st time was in store which was ingame pop up to fellow it, second in discussions, an now 3rd in store again still nothing.

All you need is click Follow on Steam Store Page

You might need to restart steam joining the group if it doesnt unlock it

i reset everything an done it like 12 times, in dif ways, hell there even DLC i bought that still locked ingame like masks some weapon mods, i got no idea how to fix, i reinstalled the game, This is getting abit annoying, is there some other step besides hitting fellow? i dont even see him as a locked charater, this is what i joined, https://store.steampowered.com/app/218620/PAYDAY_2/ with the game running an not running both failed

You don't need to do anything to get John Wick he is part of the base game everyone who owns the game has access to him.

You didn't accidently turn off his DLC did you?

Something is horribly wrong with your game if you can't access him.

25gigs bit of awhile to wait for a reinstall a 3rd time, need other fixes, admin need unlock him on my account or something.

An admin doesn't need to do anything. All you need to do is make sure his DLC is turned on.

I unfellowed, closed steam/pay day, then i open payday an inside payday i hit fellow, it tells me to relog for new items, but still no wick, might be some bug with new breaking news crap wont let it work for new people....
