How to get the PD:TH secret masks?

Edit: Can confirm. Either related to the PDTH achievement, the group, or PD2’s achievement as I meet all of those requirements.

Not tied to the secret achievement.

You need to set your games and achievments profile to Public to be able to get it.

Not sure if I'm happy about them being full on ports. Personally would of prefered new redone versions with the new masks. But this will do.
