I got all the laptops and locke is still saying to look for clues

It's possibly a bug I just replayed the heist and now it works

Yea, we need aometime to trigger the objective by standing still on every laptop for some time

It's a bug. You need to wait for awhile till Locke "decides" to change the objective. If you've searched all of the laptops then just wait. Might take long until they patch the fixes.

there's 4 laptops in the west wing, you need to find the one that mentions codes and a usb stick, you need to actually read the message close up
