My opinion on the Hell's Island heist
I've went into this heist blind on DW difficulty, and boy is that a bad idea. I must say, this heist is much better than Henry's Rock, but enemies still spawn too close to the fighting area, especially in the shower room and laundry room. This coupled with the spawnrate means you barely get any room to breathe.

The heist is separated into many parts so I'll split them up.

1) Shower Room
-There's a minimal amount of cover but it's enough to help you survive.
-Kinda disappointed that they didn't go with the iconic shower room layout from The Rock, missed opportunity there.
-Why do I need 2 thermal paste?
Since I was playing solo, I had to make another trip back to the shower room and was downed 3 times in that trip, due to the entire place being filled with murkies.

2) Control Room
-My favorite part of the heist, only because it's the only room inside the prison that gives you the most breathing room to fight off the horrendous spawn. The white table is our Lord and savior.
-Also, it is not made clear that you have to type in the code to free Bain, I was confused about that.

3) Laundry Room
-I am not to believe that Bain was able to fight off multiple bulldozers, that was bugging me.
-Why is this part of the heist so laggy?
-There's barely any cover in this one, but at least you don't have to go out and restart the drill.

4) Roof
-It's ok, there's decent amount of cover and breathing room, unlike the shower room and laundry room.
-The time limit is a bit too strict, lucky I was able to complete it in first try.

Overall:
-Epic Bain face reveal
-Epic heist in general
-Epic Murkywater cop reskins (although they all look like poop and the bulldozer reskins are confusing, can't tell which bulldozer is a green one, which is a black one, etc.)
-Forgot Dentist is in this heist, Overkill pls give him subtitles
-No baggable loot, but it's ok
-Overkill when will you fix the cop spawnrate
-Went back to play the Gulag level in COD MW2 because that's should have been how the heist played out instead.

IMO, this heist is too easy. I have done it with bots on DS 1D the second time round. And there is a few bugs of bots, where they stuck and dont want to move. It was the hardest thing. :D

It's not hard, it's frustrating. The frustration comes from the spammy spawnrate and the absolute number of cops, something that has been plauging this game for a long time. Have you seen the screenshots where the cops literally clip into each other because there's just too many of them in one spot?

It's easy due the bug. Murky deal less damage than intended

Do it on DS and have an easy time until they fix it OP.

Murky enemies on DS do way less damage than intended. On DW and below they are doing more than supposed to.

My toughts exactly, it's not hard at all, it's just a really annoying heist with how the spawns are placed, and the godawful music didn't help and actually frustrated me even more at the locke part because he was so ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ slow.
I noticed a bug too, it seems the bots don't have a scripted pathing to go to the chopper, they just stand pretty far away and wait, i even died because of that because a sniper got me and they didn't even went to revive me.
Overall this heist really isn't great imo.
