Well, Sosa is the cam operator by himself(they deactivate after killing him), so his office can be considered as a cam room(we can't access them from here tho).

Big oil(day 2), the elephant heist with the election thing, the train heist,jewelry store and Ukrainian job(there is a cam guard but no cam room),four stores,murky station,night club,mall cracher(yes you can stealth it),Hoxton revenge(not sure),golden grin(there is only the big room that is disabled by objective), scareface mansion and go bank I think that's it tel Me if I got anything wrong or missed something

Election Day 1 doesn't have a cam room or operator. Scarface has Sosa as the operator as mentioned (I forgot my bad). HoxRevenge has a cam room. Big Oil has camera operators and cam areas. As do UK/JS. I think I missed Go Bank in my previous listing.

But that should be it.
