Those are in the completely overkill pack, and codes for that do not exist.

Only 50,000 copies were sold in 2015, only way to get it is from someone who has a gift for sale. But that is not cheap...

If I might add, you can also get some by activating a code given by someone with connections to OVERKILL, but even then it will be hard to come by as they will still likely be locked behind a giveaway or something similar.

They are part of the COP. No codes exist for that dlc, only gifts.
The gifts cost $300-400 or more.

Cop codes exist only within overkill, for their employees. Only people working for overkill will be able to get those. Even the moderators don't get cop codes.
